Position Purpose
This is a newly created role focused on leading and managing the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of systems related to ADMS SCADA, automation, voltage optimisation and other real-time operations. This position involves leading a specialist team, collaborating across functions to deliver robust, reliable, efficient, and secure real-time solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Lead planning, execution, and implementation of ADMS real-time systems projects covering SCADA, automation, voltage optimisation, and real-time operations
Implement global best practices in systems design, processes, project delivery and operations
Effectively manage resources to meet project deadlines and objectives
Establish quality assurance processes ensuring real-time systems meet stability, reliability, performance, and security requirements
Lead change management including training, documentation, communication, and support
Integrate real-time systems into operations, ensuring alignment with goals and processes
Provide ongoing systems support and maintenance for smooth, sustainable operations
Drive continuous improvement in ADMS real-time systems delivery and operations
Coach and support team members to build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams
Influence stakeholders to achieve successful change management
Stay updated on emerging technologies, standards, regulations and practices to ensure compliance
Qualifications, Certifications and Licences
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
