- Door Knocking & Prospecting For New Business
- Hot & Cold Calling
- Distributing Letters For New & Sold Listings
- Arranging Details For Upcoming Properties Weekly
- Preparing For Settlements
- Provide End-To-End Administrative Support
- Prospect Current & Expired Listings In Our Market
- Database Management
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service, Property Information & Coordinate Showings
- General Admin Tasks
- Maintain Calendar, Handle Correspondence & Schedule Appointments
- Previous Real Estate Experience Is Preferred, With Goals To Pursue In Sales
- Must Work Well In A Fast Paced Environment & Have Exceptional Organisation Skills
- Excellent Time Management & Communication, Written & Verbal
- 5 Day Work Week With A RDO Of Employees Choice
- Must Be Available After Hours & Every Saturday For Opens/Private Inspections
- Hold A Current Real Estate License / COR
- Carry A Valid Drivers License & Reliable Vehicle
- Work Beside Strathfield's Top 3 Sales Agents
