Are you detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service? MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking a Casual Administrator, Registry Operations for an immediate start. This full-time casual role is based in Sydney and will see you providing front-line support to clients, investors, third parties, and government agencies. This is a casual role; however, the estimated duration of work is up to 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handle email inquiries and written correspondence.
Accurately process investor transactions and validate documentation.
Ensure all tasks are completed in line with client service level agreements (SLAs).
Process deceased estates and off-market transfers in accordance with ASX rules.
Support stakeholder inquiries and assist with internal reporting and documentation.

Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
