About the role Viterra is seeking a full-time Administrator to join our Port Adelaide office and provide support to our Eastern region. This role will be of a fixed-term capacity, covering a period of maternity leave. Reporting to the Senior Administrator, this role will ensure all data is recorded and processed accurately and timely, whilst administration tasks are completed efficiently.
Duties
Responsible for efficient and courteous customer service, including telephone answering
Providing effective administrative support for day to day running of the office
Stock data entry
Effective maintenance of all electronic and manual filing and record systems within the office
Professional solutions focussed approach to internal and external customers
Entry of training records into VETtrak
Assist the region in preparation for harvest receivals
Processing accounts and setting up purchase orders in SAP
About you
Microsoft Office suite, skills in Excel, Word and teams desirable
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new internal systems
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Professional customer service experience
Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task
