Clerk Grade 1/2 - Salary from $70,694 pa plus super and leave loading

About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative services to enable the efficient operation of the team/unit. You will perform tasks such as filing, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, routine purchasing, prepare agenda and take minutes for meetings, assist with event and meeting planning, and creating and compiling documents to enable the effective operation of the team/unit.
About You
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering accurate and consistent work with high-volume. Our ideal candidate will have recently completed, or be undertaking, a relevant tertiary qualification. You would be seeking entry into a new career and be committed to remaining in this role to provide consistency for the business.
