- Relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent administration and secretarial experience, including experience in providing secretariat duties for a Manager or Director.
- Highlight the main factors driving your interest in this position and express what aspects of joining the Sexual Health Service motivates you the most?
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and pro-actively manage a Director or Senior Managers calendar, telephone enquiries, jobs list.
- Demonstrated ability to support a Director or Senior Manager with recruitment, reporting, rostering of staff, leave planning, purchasing, and reporting on staff leave, training, and payroll matters.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work, with high level of written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities, including Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). And be able to quickly learn Corporate (Local Health District) software as required.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
