Employment Term: Permanent Part Time (4 hr days, 5 days a week)

Location: located in the peaceful surrounds of Auchenflower, The Wesley Hospital is just 5 mins from Toowong Shopping Village and 10 mins from Brisbane City

Remuneration: $32.08 - $33.53/hr + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

An integral part of our team at The Wesley Hospital as a Administration Assistant , you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team

Working as an Administration Assistant supporting The Wesley Hospital Clinical School, you will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Practice Manager and a high level of customer service to students, patients, visitors and staff. Key duties will include:

General office, secretarial and administrative tasks
Process incoming correspondence and escalate issues
Assist in the maintenance and development of the Student Elective program.
Arrange and support students with the commencement of placement.
Coordinate invoicing and daily banking.
Monitor student paperwork.

Australian Working Rights
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word
High attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in administration and customer service, preferably within a healthcare environment
Experience using Genie/Gentu is desirable
