Remuneration: $32.08 - $33.53/hr + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
Working as an Administration Assistant supporting The Wesley Hospital Clinical School, you will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Practice Manager and a high level of customer service to students, patients, visitors and staff. Key duties will include:
- General office, secretarial and administrative tasks
- Process incoming correspondence and escalate issues
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the Student Elective program.
- Arrange and support students with the commencement of placement.
- Coordinate invoicing and daily banking.
- Monitor student paperwork.

Acting in a professional manner at all times, you will demonstrate a customer focused approach and understand the need to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. You will also demonstrate:
- Australian Working Rights
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word
- High attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in administration and customer service, preferably within a healthcare environment
- Experience using Genie/Gentu is desirable
