We are seeking a motivated Family Support Worker to join our Rural Family Support Service team (RFSS-CQ) in Rockhampton/Mt Morgan.
Currently this is a full-time maximum term contract to February 2025, based out of the Uniting Care Rockhampton office, travelling to and servicing Mt Morgan, Dululu Wowan, Westwood & Stanwell.
The Rural Family Support Worker will coordinate, facilitate and evaluate the development of group and individual support for clients (adult and child) of the Rural Family Support Program in Mount Morgan, and surrounds QLD.
This position will offer a holistic response to vulnerable children, young people and families accessing the Rural Family Support program, including short term intervention, information, advice and referral.
