What skills and experience do you need to succeed in this role?
Drivers licence essential.
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
MR licence, beneficial.
A knowledge of farm input industry products and their use, including livestock, pasture and general farming knowledge, beneficial.
Proven warehousing and retail sales experience in a similar environment.
Natural customer relations and communications skills.
Ability to work productively in a small team.
Experience in inward and outward goods as well as good mathematical skills being an advantage.
Administration and sound computer skills with POS and Microsoft applications.
Physically fit to perform manual work and regular heavy lifting.
A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
