Haynes is currently seeking an experienced Administrator for a valued client based Townsville, for an immediate start.
About the Job:

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Hourly rate: $35.00 + penalties
6-9 Months Short Term Placement.
Start Date: November

Requirements

Must have experience in administration
Experience with word, excel
Strong communications skills
Good time management
Work within a team and unsupervised

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
Processing and creation of purchase orders and invoices
Assisting with Planning and Scheduling
General administrative tasks using in-house systems as well as Microsoft Office
Effective multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills
Answering phone calls
Responding to emails
