Haynes is currently seeking a Parks & RecreationsLeading Hands to oversee the Parks & Recreation department for a valued client based in Nebo and Moranbah.
About the Job:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 3:30pm & Alternate Fridays: 6:00am - 3:00pm (Rostered Day Off every second Friday)

Requirements
Must be local to either Nebo or Moranbah
Driver's license and reliable transport.
Construction/White Card.
Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Test
Demonstrated ability to provide ‘on the job’ supervision and ‘hands on ‘support to staff experience in resourcing staff and contractor management would be highly regarded.
Demonstrated truck driver experience with a safe driving record is essential
Responsibilities:
Directing staff to achieve program objectives.
Directing Parks and Recreation staff and resources to achieve program objectives in accordance with Policies.
Reporting regularly about progress, quality and cost of Parks and Recreation activities to the Team Leader.
Assisting the Team Leader with the preparation of operational maintenance programs.
Supporting the Team Leader to achieve works programs goals and objectives, assisting with basic administration duties associated with the delivery of Councils Workplace, Healthy and Safety Policy and procedures.
Operate a variety of plants and equipment relative to the position.
General labouring duties as directed.
