Provide administrative support to a leading agent, assisting with marketing, correspondence, and other day-to-day tasks.
Manage emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in maintaining client databases and files to ensure accuracy and organisation.
Utilise social media platforms to create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with our online community.
Proficient in using real estate computer systems. (Training will be provided.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer use are essential.
High level of organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency and familiarity with social media platforms.
Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
