Your role is vital to as our clients first interaction with Apollo Films, you will be the front of the business. have a strong eye for detail and a good way with words. You know you can get things done quickly and efficiently. Your role will be to support the very busy business owner, to help her juggle all the demands of a growing business. Some of your duties will include:
Making calls to set sales appointments
Maintaining all client communication
Creating film documents as required
You will have a great attitude, a self starter
Interest in the film industry
Reception/admin experience
You can follow a task from the start and make sure it gets done
calling crew to book them in for film shoots
Admin tasks such as creating sales proposals and sending them to the client
CRM updating and data entry
This is a role where things happen quickly so it is essential that you are able to pay attention to detail whilst also maintaining a good speed with your tasks. Ideally you have a background in sales or marketing.
