About the role:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist the Board of Directors. This is an exclusive opportunity to receive numerous training courses and hands-on experiences in a professional and dynamic working environment.
What you'll do:
- Manage, schedule, and arrange meetings of the BOD and prepare meeting materials as requested.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other events attended by the BOD.
- Communication with BOD and Management team.
- Coordination with Regional Management.
- Manage BOD driver (contract, compensation, etc.).
- Take care of BOD admin tasks (timesheets, reporting, expenses, travel).
- Work closely with the BOD to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the BOD, internal departments & external stakeholders & partners.
- Demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Proactively update the status of all the projects and workstreams.
What you'll need:
This person should be passionate about personal assistant. He or she needs to:
- Pursue a strong passion for the assistant position's career path.
- At least 3 years of experience in PA (especially in international & service companies).
- Having a background and passion in the marketing-communications field is a big plus.
- Must be a punctual person and manage confidential information.
- Be proactive, initiative, enthusiastic, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and be detail oriented.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, including in English.
- Possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
