MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Administrative and coordination
- Organizing, response and follow up to inquiries and collecting and tracking problem resolution and related follow-up, as well as serving as an interpreter for the General Manager, if / when needed. Organizing and driving the daily-, weekly- and monthly schedule for the General Manager, making sure no appointments are been missed.
- Screen/handle telephone calls, appointments, mails and emails and take action accordingly
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager
- Ensure approval forms are prepared for the General Manager for signature and approval of Operations, e.g. leave application forms, travel approval forms, expense claims reports, etc.
- Maintain systematic up-to-date filing and tracing systems
- Prepare monthly reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters/issues
- Manage and upkeep the functionality and cleanliness of the office
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and project a positive image of the organization.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments in Division are kept informed of marketing/communications objectives and initiatives .
- Performance other tasks assigned by General Manager
Other Responsibilities
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma education
- Minimum 3 years of experience at position of GM's PA or Secretarty at Hotel/Resort 4-5*
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & Power Point
