MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Manage, lead, and motivate the housekeeping team, including assistant housekeepers, room attendants, laundry staff, and public area cleaners.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, procedures, and updates.
Provide training and development for staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
Plan and schedule the daily activities of the housekeeping department
Monitor staff productivity and adjust workflows to meet peak demand.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance.
Establish and maintain housekeeping standards according to the hotel’s policies and brand guidelines.
Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
Oversee purchasing and inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
Track department expenditures and work within the allocated budget.
Work closely with other hotel departments, such as maintenance, front office, and food and beverage, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
Handle special requests, VIP guests, and group accommodations with care and attention to detail.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance.
Establish and maintain housekeeping standards according to the hotel’s policies and brand guidelines.
Oversee purchasing and inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
Report maintenance issues or concerns to the engineering department for immediate action.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Education: Degree or diploma in hotel management or related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, with proven leadership skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and sanitation procedures.
Pre-opening experiences is an advantage.
