Legal Business Partner

We are looking for a Legal Business Partner to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they meet legal requirements and protect the company’s interests.
Manage and resolve legal disputes, including working with external counsel and overseeing litigation processes when necessary.
Provide comprehensive legal advice to senior management and business units on a range of issues, including regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, corporate structures and and risk management.
Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the company remains compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Be a business partner for all departments in the company, mostly commercial, finance and operations, to support business objectives and resolve legal issues effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Advanced English skills.
Proven experience drafting and negociating agreemeents
+4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the fintech industry or a related field.
