We are looking for an Operations Lead to join our LATAM team. The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive in all the markets we operate. Plus, the capacity for business analysis and found new business opportunities.
What you will be doing
Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.
Ensure that all operational activities align with the strategic objectives of the company, supporting growth and profitability.
Work closely with departments such as finance, technology, and product to ensure seamless integration and execution of initiatives.
Lead initiatives to implement new systems, processes, and organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
Requirements:
4+ proven experience in Operations area or similar.
Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, or IT.
Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work with tight deadlines.
Advanced English required.
Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.
