About The Role
At Olly Olly, we're on the lookout for someone who can provide dynamic administrative support to the operations team, fostering seamless collaboration across departments and ensuring efficient data management. From troubleshooting software issues to assisting with project coordination and research, this position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to operational excellence and drive impactful decision-making within a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and versatility are key as you tackle diverse projects and initiatives alongside operations management.

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing digital and physical documentation, ensuring the department as well as the whole company has easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
  • Coordinate with teams across the company to facilitate communication and collaboration on various projects and initiatives.
  • Accurately input data into databases or systems, ensuring data integrity and organization.
  • Troubleshoot issues with third-party software and provide internal employee support as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help monitor and track project timelines and milestones, providing updates and escalating any issues or concerns as necessary.
  • Assist in conducting research and gathering data to support decision-making and planning within the operations department.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by operations management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
We're excited about you because you bring..
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an operations role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Hub Spot or similar CRM tools is required. Experience with Hub Spot is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Technical proficiency in G-Suite and Excel; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels—senior management, employees, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and efficiency in managing tasks and projects.
  • Experience or knowledge in automating administrative workflows to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant technology certifications/bootcamps is welcome! (While we value formal education and certifications, we also recognize and consider relevant professional experience as a strong alternative.)

  • Salary: Up to $800 USD/month (based on skillset)

  • Set Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm US Central Time(UC-6) schedule
