We have an opportunity for you to boost your career with VFG! We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients in the UK and Germany, focusing on the insurance industry. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes, insurance products, and market regulations in both regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business models and workflows.
Assist in the development of user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to meet business needs and improve processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project objectives and deliverables.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research.
Support the testing phase by developing test plans with the QA, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
Certification/Experience in Business Analysis
