Wound Care Nurse
The RN for Wound Care, Infection Control , reports to the Director of Nursing, with primary job duties including, but not limited to, the following: staff performance, quality assurance activities, staff development, accident incident reporting/abuse prevention, tracking of infections/wounds and wound care rounds
7-3 or 8-4 or 9-5 - except for wound day, that goes around the Dr schedule
Job Requirements
RN for Wound Care, Infection Control
CT Licensed RN in good standing
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing or other health care facility
PRI Certified
MDS, Care Planning and Assessment Knowledge
Knowledge of performance improvement activities ,data collection, infection control/wound care and in service education
Knowledge of CT DPH Survey guidelines and regulations
Experience with EMR preferred
Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
