Grays Harbor College Athletic Department invites applications for the position of Head Coach for Intercollegiate women’s soccer team. Reporting to the Athletic Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading all facets of the women’s soccer program, ensuring compliance with athletic department, college, and Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) guidelines. The Head Coach holds the primary role in fostering a holistic collegiate soccer journey for student-athletes, emphasizing academic success, competitive athletics, and personal growth opportunities. This is a part-time, non-tenure position without benefits eligibility.
The team is scheduled to resume competition in Fall 2025 and would not be competing this school year. The head coach will have theremainder of the 2024-25 academic year to recruit student athletes for the Fall 2025.
