Status: Part-time

Reports to: Head Women's Basketball Coach

Responsibilities:

Abide by the rules and regulations established by Williston State College, the state of North Dakota, the Mon Dak Athletic Conference, the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA)

On floor coaching of position play as well as team defense and offense.

Recruiting student-athletes from North Dakota and the surrounding region.

Work collegially with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure student athletes maintain high levels of academic performance and degree completion

Promote the athletic program through community events, and public service.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the head coach and/or athletic director

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong leadership, proven interpersonal and communication skills

Solid planning and organizational abilities
Background in basketball as a manager, player, coach

Preferred Qualifications:

College coaching/playing experience (NJCAA, NAIA, NCAA)

Compensation: $7,000 per year
