Window Cleaning Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including interior and exterior surfaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment, such as squeegees, ladders, and water-fed poles.
- Ensure the use of eco-friendly cleaning solutions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Inspect windows for damage and report findings to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Follow schedules and timelines to ensure timely service delivery.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in window washing or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to work at heights and operate ladders safely.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
