Responsibilities:
- Assess the extent of water damage and develop a mitigation and restoration plan.
- Coordinate with supervisors to communicate project timelines and updates.
- Implementation of water extraction, drying, and dehumidification procedures.
- Monitor and document project progress, including moisture readings and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of water restoration techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
