Visual Merchandiser

Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our products are presented in a way that aligns with our brand image and market trends.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies that attract customers and promote product sales.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that displays are well-stocked and organized.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand product features and benefits, enabling effective communication with customers.
Utilize retail math skills to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts and make data-driven adjustments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects our brand standards.
Train staff on visual merchandising techniques to ensure consistency across all locations.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Knowledge of inventory control processes to manage stock levels efficiently.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to create impactful displays.
Familiarity with retail math concepts for evaluating sales performance related to visual merchandising efforts.
Experience with Sketchup or similar design software is a plus.
Basic understanding of Node.js can be beneficial for integrating technology into visual displays.
