The VIP Coordinator is the main contact for guests booked in our premier ocean front and ocean view villas in addition to any guests forwarded to our team for an enhanced guest experience, prior to arrival. The VIP coordinator will assist with pre-arrival activities for the Concierge, Spa, restaurant, beach activities, excursions and amenities, in addition to preparation of accommodation and assisting VIP Manager as a point of contact once guests are in-house. Qualifications
Previous Luxury resort operations experience required. Minimum 1 year of administrative or concierge experience preferred.
