Veterinary Technician
Etowah Valley Veterinary Hospital is the ideal place to work while experiencing the quality of life Western North Carolina has to offer. Our hospital is located minutes from Asheville, Brevard, and Hendersonville.
We are a full service, small animal hospital focused on providing exceptional patient care and client services. We are looking for a full time or part time Veterinary Technician or assistant to join an outstanding team of professionals, all applicants will be considered.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sample collection, IV catheter placement, anesthesia/surgical experience, safe restraint techniques, proficient client communication and education, assisting doctors with exams and additional needs, and some vaccine administration
Benefits Include:
Competitive compensation (based on experience), discounted veterinary care, and paid time off.
Pay is based on experience and proficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
