Veterinary Receptionist
Westside Pet Hospital is seeking a receptionist to become a long-term member of our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to grow their veterinary skills and career.
This position is part-time with a flexible schedule Monday - Friday and a competitive pay range between $18 - $20.
We’re Looking For:
We’ve built our Bend, OR veterinary practice upon a foundation of warmth, friendliness, and family. We take an extremely thorough approach to animal health care because we believe in treating the whole pet – body, mind, and spirit. As such, our services feature a balance of conventional medicine and alternative treatment options, including acupuncture. Our two-doctor practice is open Monday-Friday, and we have a fully equipped, new facility. We are a great fit for someone looking to join a small, yet busy, general practice with a great team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Client service and communication

- Managing multiple phone lines
- Daily assignments/scheduling
- Booking appointments
- General hospital cleaning
- Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings, noticing areas of need within the practice
