Utilities Supervisor / Project Coordinator

For Technical and Mechanical services in the Utilities, Facilities and Engineering area.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of experience in Project Coordination and Management activities within the regulated; Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
Bilingual, Spanish, and English (good communication skills).
Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
Experience in:
- Utilities: Steam, Chilled Water, Compressed Air, HVAC.
- Exposure to supervisory and coordination roles.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

Monitor and evaluate the performance of utility systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise.
Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repairs.
Manage a team of technicians, including training and mentoring.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Oversee budgeting and financial management related to utility operations.
Plan and implement new projects to improve utility systems.
