The Technical Part:

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineer and at least (5+) years of experience performing quality engineering functions within a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual: (Spanish and English).
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, excellent time management, and good decision-making.
Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
Experience in:
- Quality area focused on reviewing all documentation related to the validation life cycle, procedures, change control, among other documents.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Perform risk assessments and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
Manage and investigate customer complaints and product recalls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
Develop and maintain documentation for quality management systems.
Ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards.
Provide training and support to production staff on quality procedures.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
