Conduct thorough apartment inspections for move-ins and move-outs to ensure the highest standards of living conditions.
Facilitate engaging tours of the property and model units, showcasing the unique features and amenities to prospective tenants.
Demonstrate expertise in fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations to ensure a compliant and respectful living environment.
Manage the posting and mailing of various notices, including but not limited to parking violations, late rent, rent increases, lease violations, and abandoned property.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, ensuring all relevant documentation is readily accessible.
Generate monthly reports to provide insights into property performance, occupancy rates, and any notable trends or issues.
Coordinate vendor scheduling, overseeing repairs and maintenance activities to uphold the property's standards and residents' satisfaction.
The Job Details Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift, 10 am to 7 pm. Starting Salary: $16.45, plus housing and utilities Experience:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Continual standing and walking during the shift.
Continual climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.

Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
May encounter toxic chemicals, i.e. paint, glue, caulking, and cleaning supplies.
Candidates must be able to comfortably ascend and descend stairs as part of daily tasks and emergency procedures.
