JOB SCOPE:
The Commercial Sales Rep is responsible for responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the commercial sector and expanding our business accounts across multiple market segments.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Commercial Sales Rep is responsible for selling a diverse range of hardlines products and associated services to our business-to business (B2B) clientele and to cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to achieve sales and margin targets.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and maintains relationships with companies, brands, and property operators
- Achieves sales and margin goals through new account acquisition and ongoing customer account management
- Presents product and service offerings effectively to customers
- Implements strategic market plans and lead generation initiatives
- Collaborates with trade associations to identify and pursue new customer prospects
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. Builds and maintains a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Facilitates order processing and monitor delivery logistics
- Follows up on contract statuses, updates customers on product availability and addresses customer complaints related to equipment operation, delivery processes, and payment procedures
- Conducts P&L reviews and manage expense accounts on a regular basis
- Serves as a primary point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support and addresses any issues or concerns promptly
- Performs other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Some graduate education
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Up to 25% travel
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in B2B environments. This may include a track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with the industry and market segments relevant to the company's products/services. Understanding of hardline products and related services is often essential.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as business clients, brands, and property operators
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively present product/service offers to potential clients and close deals.
- Capability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand business accounts and meet sales goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
