Infosys is seeking a Unified Communications Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Min 11yrs of IT experience.
At least 4 years of experience in build/modify/migrate/support Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure comprising of CUCM, Cisco IM&P, CUC, Cisco Expressway, CER, Cisco Voice Gateways, SBC, CUBE
At least 6 years of experience doing Customer service modifications at application/feature level across Cisco Unified Communication and Collaboration solution components
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in Unified Communication domain with Skills – Cisco UCM, Web Ex Calling, Webex Meeting, v Sphere, v Center, SIP, IP Networking,
At least 2 years of experience in doing create quotes, order, refresh quotes for licenses, equipment etc. in Cisco platform
At least 2 years experiences working with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
Knowledge and understanding of programmatic interface to Cisco AXL, Re ST
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Public Trust Level 2 security clearance
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $114,000 to $167,000.
For Washington D.C it will be $106,000 to $147500.
