Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our medical team. The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound exams on patients in accordance with physician orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ultrasound technology and be able to provide accurate and high-quality imaging results.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform ultrasound examinations in a professional and compassionate manner.
2. Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation.
4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques.
6. Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
2. ARDMS certification in Ultrasound Technology.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Ultrasound Technologist.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
