Training Coordinator

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to assist Supervisors and employees in providing excellent client care. WILL NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN AN AFTER HOURS ON-CALL ROTATION / Will need to be available to work in homes with clients if needed.
Training Responsibilities:

Complete all potential DSW’s orientation, providing a clear understanding of all policies and procedures, and issues relating to providing care for our individuals including physical and emotional problems associated with aging and disability.
Complete staff’s orientation to the satisfaction of receiving a minimum of 16 hours training before providing direct care and services to clients.
Ensure that all Share Care USA policies and procedures are covered with a clear understanding by employee.
Annually thereafter, the Training Coordinator shall ensure that each direct care staff satisfactorily completes a minimum of 8 hours continuing training.
Document, maintain and track all trainings.
Filing all trainings as completed and inputted into the “o” drive.
Training Coordinator will work hand in hand with Care Coordinator’s to implement policy and procedures as required for fulfilling their job description.
Continue to provide training for all staff development that can improve their skill level.
Responsible for maintaining accurate and punctual reports.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Human Services Bachelor’s Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, etc). or Minimum 2-year requirementof having worked with the elderly, disabled and/or chronically ill individuals in any setting(s) 16 hrs. class room instructions.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
