Superhero-in-Training Mentor (Youth Mentor)

Key Responsibilities:

Cape Crusader Companion: Be the sidekick every superhero-in-training deserves, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for kids with physical and/or developmental disabilities to thrive.
Adventure Architect: Plan and execute epic adventures, whether it's conquering the playground, navigating sensory-friendly activities, or unleashing the power of imagination in our superhero training sessions.
Power-Up Pal: Identify and celebrate each child's unique abilities, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and empowerment.
Fun Facilitator: Transform learning into a captivating quest, utilizing your creativity to make education a thrilling journey for every young superhero.
Mischief Management: Navigate the occasional chaos with a smile, turning everyday challenges into learning experiences and opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications:

A heart bursting with compassion and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to see the extraordinary in every child and turn challenges into superpowers.
Superb communication skills, both in English and the universal language of play.

Superhero Training Provided:

Intensive "Empathy Enhancement" workshops.
In-depth courses on the art of turning everyday objects into superhero props.
Advanced "Imagination Unleashed" opportunities.
