- Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Relevant John Deere experience
- Previous management experience
- Ability to manage and motivate individuals as well as a group
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Sound computer, database, spreadsheet, email, and business system application skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
- Comfortability with extensive hours on a computer
- Ability to climb ladders to access equipment
- Ability to crawl under equipment to determine proper repair procedures
