As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take the lead in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. From sourcing top talent to extending offers, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce. Your expertise and energy will help us grow stronger, smarter, and more diverse as a company.
The total compensation for this position is $60,000-$72,000 contingent upon relevant education, experience, and certifications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source top-tier candidates through innovative channels, including social media, networking, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify candidates who align with our values and goals.
- Coordinate and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and collaborate with HR to guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Develop pipelines for critical roles and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve strategies and outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working in high-volume recruiting
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (preferably Jobvite)
- A proactive mindset and passion for finding the right people for the right roles.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:
- Prior recruiting experience within Utilities/Forestry/Environmental Science industry is a plus
- Experience conducting presentations, including hiring leader training, a plus
- Experience using social media and internet techniques for recruitment purposes is a plus
- HR or Recruitment certifications a plus (PHR or SPHR or AIRS PRC certifications)
Working Environment
This remote or hybrid position is designated for a home-based office environment with a 5-10% travel requirement.
