About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Cleveland Corporate Office. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support our business objectives. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
MUST be able to pass fingerprint BCI/FBI and Child Abuse background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Understanding of recruiting policies and practices; knowledge of employment law
Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles and industries.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using ADP Workforce Now
Working knowledge of social media recruiting
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process including posting jobs, sourcing/screening candidates, interviewing and extending offers
Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Implement and manage high volume recruitment strategies to meet the demand of high turnover roles
Travel to centers and recruiting events
Skills: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will also use your knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques to develop effective recruitment strategies and assess candidates' qualifications.
