Fox Pest Control is currently looking for a TA Recuiter to help us continue to hire the best talent to join our teams! We are a rapidly growing Company, and we are looking to add to our TA team to help us meet our hiring needs. A TA Recruiter will be responsible to work closely with our hiring managers by communicating hiring needs, performing daily recruiting tasks including job postings and pre-screening candidates, setting proper expectations, and meeting timelines.

A Day in the Life of a TA Recruiting Manager

Manage day-to-day communication with hiring manager and company stakeholders
Daily activity in the ATS system, managing posting, processing & pre-screening candidates, including making hiring decisions
Participate in TA team strategic projects, initiatives, and improvement of procedures and systems
Partner with, build relationships, coach and train hiring managers on best, most effective and compliant hiring practices
Partner with Sr. Manager of TA in necessary process development and improvement
Source candidates using various creative methods
Basic reporting of KPI's and TA/Recruiting metrics
Manage all field hiring needs including technicians, middle and upper management
Lead change and improvement in field hiring practices, operations and SOP's
Work with our hiring managers to fill hiring needs
Review and manage reaching out to applicants
Text, email, and call applicants within 24-48 hours to complete application process
Conduct and schedule resume reviews, phone and in-person interviews
Select qualified job applicants to move along in each step of the hiring process
Set proper expectations and promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Any other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

3+ Years of experience in TA work or a related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in staffing leadership and entry level - high volume positions
Experience in training stakeholders in the importance of and use of TA methods and practices
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Positive, optimistic and energetic attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
High level of professionalism
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System preferred
