Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Talent Acquisition Marketer to attract and engage top veterinary talent for our network of veterinary hospitals. This role will focus on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, managing recruiting ads and sponsored job performance, creating standardized processes and templates, and optimizing the recruitment advertising budget to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment marketing, digital advertising, and a strong understanding of the veterinary profession.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract veterinary talent, including digital presence, job postings, digital advertising for job postings, and social media.
Manage and optimize the performance of recruiting ads and sponsored jobs across platforms including AVMA, Google, Linked In, and Indeed.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to maximize ad performance and candidate engagement.
Create processes, templates, and tools to streamline recruitment marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency while simultaneously boosting effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Collaborate with practice staff, recruiting team, and operations teams to define target audiences, tailor messaging, and refine candidate sourcing strategies.
Oversee and manage the recruitment advertising budget to ensure efficient spending and maximize return on investment.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and platforms to expand reach and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or digital marketing, ideally within healthcare or veterinary sectors.
Experience with Linked In, Indeed, and other job recruiting sites, with a strong understanding of digital advertising and recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in social media, digital advertising, and content marketing, with experience managing ad budgets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and act on campaign performance data.
Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills for creating and managing processes and templates.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for the veterinary industry.
