Today, we provide ground and air ambulance transport across Northeast Texas, Southwest Arkansas, and parts of Oklahoma. Our dispatchers answer more than 69,000 calls for help each year in our Communication Centers located in Texarkana, Texas and Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Minimum Qualifications In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the minimum requirements, including:
Passing the 2 Hour Criti Call Test (link sent after applying)
Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or GED
Must type minimum of 30 WPM
Current Driver's License
Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification

Our Location: Located in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains, Hot Springs, Arkansas is known for its affordable cost of living, 11 championship golf courses, 3 pristine lakes for fishing and boating, and excellent schools. Our Hot Springs Communications Center is located at 220 Ouachita Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas and dispatches Life Net’s ground ambulances across Garland County and portions of Hot Spring and Saline Counties in Arkansas, including the cities of Hot Springs, Malvern, and Hot Springs Village.
