The Switchboard Operator will:
Requirements:
Schedule: part time, every other weekend/holiday, Evening Shift (3 pm - 11:30 pm)
Grade 112
Communications
The Switchboard Operator will:
- Assist callers with patient information regarding visiting hours, room and telephone extensions.
- Monitor operation of telephones and page equipment and ensuring equipment is repaired in a timely manner. Report safety and security violations and enforce all emergency procedures during fire and disaster conditions.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
Schedule: part time, every other weekend/holiday, Evening Shift (3 pm - 11:30 pm)
