Fairbanks Assisted Living is Hiring Direct Support Professionals
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? Join our team as a Direct Support Professional and provide compassionate care and support to our residents.
Location: Fairbanks, Alaska
Hourly Rate: $17 per hour
Part-Time (20 hours/week) and Full-Time (40 hours/week) available
Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities Summary:
You will assist residents with personal care, daily activities, and transportation while providing emotional support and maintaining a clean environment. Responsibilities also include administering medications, documenting care, managing behaviors, and collaborating with the team to ensure comprehensive care and safety. Continuous learning and following safety guidelines are key.
