Support Chef Manager

Our corporate dining division is seeking Support Chef Manager Candidates to develop through our training program. Qualified individuals must have strong communication and organizational skills and have a track record as a enthusiastic, organized, and responsible professional who can lead exceptional teams and assist in managing the general operations of the account.
Support Chef Manager Candidates must also be highly energetic and professional with a passion for food quality, hospitality, and financial accountability.
Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a sizable and busy kitchen in a supervisory role. Responsibilities will include overseeing service and managing all day to day operations of the account in the absence of the chef or general manager. P & L reconciliation, inventory control and strong hands-on POS experience are a must.
This is a traveling position with a geographic area serving Metro Providence area and South Shore Massachusetts, include possibility of filling a position at a community college in Cape Cod. Travel expense reimbursed after 25 miles travel each way
This is a full time, guest/client contact position.
Monday - Friday, No Nights or Weekends, Paid Holidays & Vacation Time, 401k, Medical, Dental, and so much more!
Must be Food Manager and Allergen certified! CPR or Choke Saver Certification.
