The Supervisor, Client Solutions Consulting, supervises the activities of the team performing consulting and functional PM activities. This role acts independently as a subject matter expert, conducting on-site consulting engagements for the purpose of analyzing current processes and identifying recommendations for improvement. The Supervisor, Client Solutions Consulting provides functional PM support for various projects or credit union staff augmentation requests. The supervisor possesses strong leadership, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and strong knowledge in project management principles.
This position can be worked out of any Jack Henry office location or remotely within the United States.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Oversees the daily operations of the Sym Advisor team.
- Adheres to both company policy concerning department and direct employee activities.
- Supervises departmental structure, team’s career development, training, coaching.
- Performs and coaches employees on business development functions for the consulting team
- Performs hiring, firing, objective setting, performance appraisals, coaching and pay reviews.
- Has experience identifying business issues and opportunities and recommending solutions for client process improvement.
- Ability to influence client in terms of operational and system enhancement opportunities.
- Responsible for creation of continued consulting services offerings to meet market demands.
- Works closely with management to maintain pricing and overall pricing strategy for consulting offerings.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction associated with consulting offerings .
- Ensures that business unit maintains industry compliance.
- Develops, recommends, and implements departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting.
- Symitar Business Analysis.
- Previous leadership experience required.
