Navajo County Superior Court is accepting applications for commissioner/judge pro tempore.
This is an appointed position. Annual compensation of $162,532 is set by the county presiding judge.

Essential Job Functions
The powers and duties of commissioner are as set forth in Arizona Revised Statute §12-298 and §12-212.
The powers and duties of judge pro tempore are as set forth in Arizona Revised Statute §12-144.

Desirable Qualifications
Interested applicants shall comply with Article 6, Section 22 of the Arizona Constitution; Arizona Revised Statute §12-142, §12-211(B) and Rule 81 of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Requirements
The applicant will be required to waive additional compensation provided in Arizona Revised Statute §12-142(C).
Criminal and disciplinary background checks will be required.
