Superintendent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain project schedules using effective project scheduling techniques.
Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration with team members.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards on the job site.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare construction estimates and manage budgets effectively using Heavy Bid software.
Review schematics and plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility before project commencement.
Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management related to construction projects.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools and techniques.
Familiarity with Bluebeam software for document management is preferred.
Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Experience with Ohmmeters for electrical testing is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
