Superintendent

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Monitor project from planning to competition, including tasks such as budgeting and scheduling.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors etc. to determine project needs.
Maintains construction schedule, identifies problems in advance and recommends solutions.
Assists workers engaged in extraction activities, using hand tools and equipment.
Records information, such as personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms.
Excellent verbal communications skills, especially when addressing customers, clients and other onsite staff.
Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
Adheres to and enforces safety regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role.
In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
Ability to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work
Previous Commercial Construction is a plus but not required
Current driver’s license is Required
Previous Superintendent experience is required.
Previous experience with Procor is a plus.
